We have top of the line health and beauty products. If you're in the Orange County area of California, our offices are conveniently located South of the 405 freeway in the Target/Pavilion Shopping Center. Our health and beauty products are in-stock and available for pick-up.
In order to ensure our Guests are happy while protecting the integrity of our highly skilled Therapists, we ask that the following rules of Spa Etiquette be observed:
Appointments
Please call the spa to make your appointment. We do require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you have a preference regarding the gender of your Therapist, please inform the Guest Services Associate at the time of booking. Walk-in requests for service are always welcome.
The Spa is open 7 days a week for your convenience:
Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. (for appointments: until 9 p.m.)
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (for appointments: until 6 p.m.)
To assure you receive your desired appointment time, especially during peak business, we recommend booking appointments well in advance. This is particularly important when multiple Guests and/or treatments are involved, or if you'd like a special date or time frame. We suggest that, once you have chosen the desired date and time, you make your reservation as soon as possible.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. A late arrival will deprive you of treatment time since we end all appointments on time to respect the next scheduled guests.
Cancellations and No Shows
Please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and group reservations require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee equal to that of the service(s) minus any discounts that may apply at the time of booking the service(s).
Consultations
Consultations on our services or products are available over the phone or in the spa, at no charge. We encourage making appointments for consultations, especially if there is a specific Therapist you'd like to see.
Attire
For multiple spa treatments (not waxing services) - spa robes, wraps and slippers are generally provided. During treatment, your body will be draped at all times, except for the area being treated. Containers are available for storage of your personal items.
Cellular Phones
Please turn off your cell phones and/or pagers in order to maintain the Spa's peace and tranquility. For your convenience, there is a phone available at the Front Desk. Our Staff will gladly take messages while you enjoy your treatment undisturbed.
Quiet, Please
Please be mindful of other Guests' space. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please reframe from loud talking. Our facility is a place where many Guests savor a much-needed private moment to read, meditate, or simply to relax.
Children
We love kids, but the Spa is a place where moms and dads come to relax and recharge. So please, make babysitting arrangements in advance; then come and enjoy the Spa without your little ones. You'll be rejuvenated when you get home!
Right of Refusal
Advantage Body Care reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
Contraindications to Treatment
Contraindications to Spa Treatment include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, high blood pressure, infectious skin disease, epilepsy, asthma, and use of excessive or daily medication. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the Guest Service Associate at the time of booking and your Therapist prior to treatment.
Valuables/Lost Articles
We recommend that you leave your more valuable items at home. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. We ask that you please keep track of your personal belongings during your visit.
Helpful Hints
Please note that it is advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or a large meal prior to any spa treatment.
Payment
We accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Checks are graciously accepted, however we will charge a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
Spa Finder, Salon Wish and Spa Week Gift Certificates
These gift card agencies are considered as Third party gift certificates and unfortunately can not be used towards any discounted services or towards gratuity. Many of our clients like to take advantage of our First Time prices and decide to use their third party gift certificate towards your return service.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates purchased for service(s) will be guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the gift certificate will be revert to the dollar amount for which it was purchased. All gift certificates are not refundable for cash.
Gratuities
The customary gratuity for all spa services is between 15% and 20%. Please tip your therapist as you see fit.
Returns
We will graciously refund the purchase price of products within 30 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt. After 30 days, only a credit for merchandise will be issued.
