Synergie™ Body Treatments

The Synergie Lifestyle System by Dynatronics helps you not only to live a healthy, active life, but helps you attack those problem areas around the thighs, hips, and buttocks through a comprehensive, non-invasive treatment program.

This program consists of three parts:

  Proper Nutrition Regular Exercise Synergie Treatments
PHASE I
(aggressive)		 Healthy Diet, adequate fluid intake, and Phase I Nutritional Supplements Moderate aerobic and resistance training to burn fat and tone underlying muscle Typically twice-weekly for two months; can be modified to meet your desired results.
PHASE II
(maintenance)
 Healthy diet, adequate fluid intake, and Phase II Nutritional Supplements Aerobic and resistance training to maintain desired weight and muscle tone. Once-per-month to maintain your desired appearance and skin tone.
