Chemical Peel Information

We offer a variety of Chemical Peels formulated by Sanitas Skincare that produce powerful results with no pain, no skin preparation and very little downtime. Chemical Peels are a safe and effective way to improve the quality, texture, and tone of the skin. These peels gently accelerate the skin cell regeneration process by replacing old, dull skin cells with softer, smoother, younger looking skin. Sanitas peels can help heal sun damage, lighten age spots and diminish the appearance of acne scarring. Fine lines are reduced, and your skin's overall health and appearance is dramatically improved. We have 5 peels to choose from; Lactic Acid Peel, Alpha (Glycolic) Peel, Beta (Salicylic) Peel, TCA Peel and Jessner Peeling System.

A series of six sessions is recommended, but each session can be purchased individually. Your sixth session is FREE when you complete your series (of six) within a six month period.

The prices below reflect the face and neck area. The décolleté/chest area and/or hands can be added on for an additional charge.

Lactic Acid Peel (Lunchtime Peel)

The Lactic Acid Peel is safe and effective for all skin types, but is especially recommended for dry, sensitive, and aging skin. The purpose of the Lactic Acid Peel is to soften, stimulate, smooth, and exfoliate the skin. The Lactic Acid Peel reduces the appearance of fine lines, tightens, tones and smoothes skin's texture, reduces hyperpigmentation, and stimulates cell activity. This is a quick, superficial, yet effective peel. No visible flaking of the epidermal layer! The Lactic Acid Peel is the perfect peel for those who have never had a peel before.

Alpha-Peel 20%, 30% & 40% (Glycolic Acid Peel)

The Alpha-Peel is recommended for almost everyone, however is most effective on normal, dry, or mature skin. If your skin is healthy, the Alpha (Glycolic Acid) Peel can help you achieve a fresher look. The Alpha-Peel softens, smoothes, and exfoliates the skin while also reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.

Beta-Peel 17% (Salicylic Acid Peel)

The Beta-Peel is usually recommended for acneic, thick or oily skin, and skin that has many dark spots or sundamage. The purpose of the Beta (Salicylic Acid) Peel is to soften skin, dissolve keratin, and kill acne bacteria. The Beta-Peel provides many antibacterial properties while dissolving excess keratin and sebum, speeding up the healing of acne, lightening hyperpigmentation, and improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

TCA 10% Peel

The TCA Peel is especially effective on delicate, sensitive skin. The TCA Peel stimulates, softens and retexturizes while also exfoliating dead skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and tightening, toning, and smoothing skin's texture. The TCA Peel allows for light, superficial peeling and therefore is not considered extremely aggressive. It is ideal for patients who have never peeled or who have delicate, thinning skin.

Jessner Peel System

The Jessner Peeling System allows for rapid, deep skin exfoliation. The Jessner Peeling System is an ideal treatment for aged, acne prone or hyperpigmented skin. The Jessner Peeling System's purpose is to retexurize skin, smooth scarring and reduce hyperpigmentation. It also tightens and tones, while exfoliating and dissolving sebum and keratin, and removing superficial lesions. The Jessner Peeling System is considered a more aggressive peel and the patient should expect the skin to flake for a week or more.
