Massages:

• $ 5 extra to upgrade to a 60 min Deep or Pregnancy
• $10 extra to upgrade to a 60 min Sports
• $15 extra to upgrade to a 60 min Acupressure or Shiatsu
• $20 extra to upgrade to a 60 min Treatment or Lymphatic
• $25 extra to upgrade to a 90 min Swedish or Integrative Swedish
• $30 extra to upgrade to a 90 min Deep or Pregnancy
• $35 extra to upgrade to a 90 min Sports or 75 min Hot Stone
• $45 extra to upgrade to a 90 min Acupressure, Lymphatic or Shiatsu
• $50 extra to upgrade to a 90 min Treatment or Lymphatic

Facials:

• $10 extra to upgrade to a 60 min Specialty Facial (Acne, Anti-Aging, Hydration, Hyperpigmentation, Rosacea)
• $35 extra to upgrade to a 75 min Signature Facial or Microdermabrasion Facial (ex: MS service $64 + $10 upgrade = $74, follow-up service $50 + $10 upgrade = $60, etc.)

Follow-ups and Upgrades must be paid at time of service and will not be automatically charged w/ monthly membership fee.

First Time Discounted Service: Just add $9 more to your massage or facial service to begin your membership

ABC Spa Membership Rules & Regulations:

Three (3) month commitment required, thereafter contract will revert to month to month.

Any cancellations would require 30 days notice prior to the monthly membership renewal date and must follow after the Initial three (3) month requirement.

Memberships are non-transferable, and membership "perks" can only be redeemed by the member.

Membership (MS) Services not redeemed in that month will be rolled over to the next month.

All Membership (MS) Services, including rollovers, must be used before any additional service discounts apply.

Should a member cancel their membership when they still have rollover services on their account, he or she has 30 days to redeem all of them. After those 30 days, their rolled over services will be forfeited.

If for any reason, Advantage Body Care cannot continue with this membership agreement, they have the right to cancel this membership at any time, without notice. Upon doing so, your future membership dues will not be charged. Should you have any rollover services, they will be valid for 30 days.
